The role of banks in Mortal Online

Some players in Mortal online claim that there is no access to transfer items between towns, gold will be available from any bank. This is reasonable, because this is the reason the bank is designed to be a medium for currency. Banks offer players an option to access money when needed. Put gold in bank, this is a safe measure, avoid you to carry it around all the time.
There is one player who mentioned that banks are owned by different races, some trusting, some not. This could be controlled by a stat, called credit. Credits would determine the maximum amount you could withdraw at a time, and how quickly that amount refreshes after the limit is reached.
